The company «Scandi LTD» is created in August, 1993. Having studied world experience in area of building-finishing materials, the company has stopped the choice on production of manufacturers of Scandinavia, having found conformable to it a name. For 15 years of work, the firm has passed a way from the official representative of known trade marks of building materials from Europe and Asia, to the domestic manufacturer energy-saving ventilated facades systems "SCANROC".
For today the company «Scandi LTD» includes divisions on sale of the Swedish parquet «Кahrs», commercial coverings «LG Chem», pendant acoustic ceilings «Ecophon».
In 1999 considering the importance of problems, such as reduction of power inputs, increase in comfort of habitation in Ukraine, and necessity of introduction of new technologies, firm «Scandi LTD» has made the decision on the organisation of manufacture of ventilated facades systems in Ukraine.
In 2002 manufacture of a front stone has been started, and in 2003 the trade mark «SCANROC» for advancement of Ukrainian production on internal and foreign markets has been registered. For today our capacities make more than 350000 м2 in a year.

The basic consumers of ventilated facades system "SCANROC" are the big building companies of of Kiev which apply the given kind of facades on houses which are under construction at the expense of investors. Recently the given kind of a facade became very popular in investors who put up money in business centres, shopping centres, hotels etc. the Increasing activity are shown by regions of Ukraine, therefore a considerable part of facades «SCANROC» is consumed in large industrial centres of Ukraine (Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Zaporozhye ...).
